Overview of the Human Resources Coordinator Role

Maintain organized filing system HR documents and records. Assist with time and attendance using ADP Workforce Now; assist employees with using the ADP system. Initiate new hire onboarding and orientation processes including pre-employment drug screen, new hire paperwork, and benefits enrollment. Track benefits eligibility and reconcile benefits invoices. Facilitate merit increases, performance reviews, and open enrollment. Coordinate recruiting efforts.
