Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Roll out and consistently apply policies and procedures.
  • Act as a mentor and sparring partner for leaders, focusing on driving performance and team efficiency.
  • Guide people leaders through the performance improvement process.
  • Identify trends in Employee Relations where people leaders would benefit from additional training.
  • Create and implement training where needed.
  • Conduct investigations as needed.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to implement standard processes to support the business.
  • Lead and support the development and submission of statutory government reports.
  • Monitor federal and state employment regulations.
  • Perform research relating to compliance regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, particularly in Employee Relations and Labor Relations and/or HR Compliance, ideally within an international, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience creating impact within a people and culture agenda.
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on providing direction and clarity to a large organization.
  • Experience managing or supporting EEO and OFCCP or related compliance programs.
  • Knowledge of equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record to engage in critical conversations while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience working with HR data, reporting, and analytics.
