About the Role
We are seeking an Ambitious Regional Sales Director to join our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales by coaching prospective members to form powerful and profitable networks.
This is a competitive, part-time monthly commission-based position that requires 20-25 hours of work per week, with 80% of time focused on driving sales and sales maintenance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to collaborate and manage sales pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Achieve BNI established sales and profit goals through prospecting and closing sales outside of their home office
- Educate and sell to in-person and virtual prospects and potential applicants the professional and financial benefits of BNI's services
- Closing sale transactions after in-person and virtual prospect meetings
- Develop and implement effective sales pipeline and recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and current records of all sales leads and member accounts within company software
- Coach applicants to learn and follow key milestones
- Foster positive relationships between Forming Chapters and the Regional Support Team
- Participate in weekly success calls to report status, successes, and challenges
Requirements
- Sales and sales management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate and manage sales pipelines
- Organized and detail-oriented
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote position with non-traditional working hours required.
