Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Regional Commercial Manager to lead our sales team in the Caribbean region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing strong relationships with our distributors and clients.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. You will also need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
• Lead the sales team in the Caribbean region to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive business growth and improve market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Monitor distributor performance and contract compliance to ensure optimal sales growth.
• Optimize distributor management, including onboarding and termination processes.
• Maximize sales and margin through the distributor network.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Willingness to travel 65% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
• Education in Business Administration and/or Science preferred.
• Sales experience in the diagnostics industry preferred.
• Advanced skills in Power BI preferred.
