This role is 100% focused on sales, with a primary responsibility to present the company's wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects. The successful candidate will be tasked with converting prospects to clients, engaging with individuals to understand their financial needs, and educating them on the various investment offerings. The position involves no cold calling, as qualified lead flow is provided, and the role is home-based with an expectation to meet prospects either in person or virtually within the local territory.

Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong preference for those holding a FINRA Series 65 license or a combination of Series 7 and 66. The ideal candidate will have a multi-year track record of success in driving sales results, particularly through high-volume phone activity and in-person meetings. The role requires a professional who can effectively showcase the company's value proposition and is committed to putting clients first. Ongoing training in advanced sales techniques, finance, and portfolio management is also a key part of the position.
