The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that nurtures senior-level client relationships, launches strategic sales initiatives, and accurately tracks and forecasts revenue. This role involves developing and attaining objectives for the sales team, reviewing and modifying sales plans as necessary, and working with various departments to develop sales strategies. The Regional VP will also be involved in training and developing the sales team, managing departmental budget and staff, and maintaining professional relationships with key customers.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales management role within a healthcare organization, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals. The role requires outstanding strategic and tactical selling skills, the ability to coach and mentor sales representatives, and a commitment to staying abreast of clinical and technical advancements in the healthcare field. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a graduate degree is preferred. The position demands a high level of integrity, a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
