Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Fraud Detection Specialist to join our team in Buscojobs Puerto Rico. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective fraud reporting packages, analyzing results, and providing accurate solutions.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineer. You must have at least one to two years of experience in business analysis or project coordination, preferably in banking, financial reporting, or fraud processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze reports/metrics/dashboards in a monthly and/or quarterly basis.
  • Create, adjust, and share regular and custom reports/metrics/dashboards to enhance the comprehension of the business and/or unit.
  • Gather, review, and analyze business results and needs to help identify business problems, propose solutions, and recommendations.
  • Must be capable of understanding current processes and able to execute daily tasks using Microsoft Power Platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for reports, dashboards, and processes improvements, proposing effective solutions after having evaluated their benefits.
  • Answer data-related questions by using data and business knowledge and getting information from various sources.
  • Coordinate and facilitate working sessions to identify and develop different business solution alternatives and scope.
