Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cupey, PR. As a key member of our organization, you will interact with customers to provide information, resolve service-related problems, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle multiple systems and applications to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Work with urgency on referred requests, completing them on the same day when possible.
- Digitize documents worked on and maintain accurate records.
- Advise clients on application terms and conditions.
- Coordinate disbursements according to client agreements.
- Guide clients through the disbursement process.
- Contact customers to follow up on credit applications and validate pending documents.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues from various departments.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent approved in Business Administration (60+ credits).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
- Ability to handle objections over the phone and work under pressure.
- Prioritization, multitasking, and adaptability are essential.
- A willingness to travel outside of Puerto Rico may be required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $45,000 - $55,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
