Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team in San Juan, PR. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for locating and notifying customers with delinquent accounts, attempting to secure payment, and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Contact customers by phone to encourage and secure payment of delinquent accounts.
• Dialogue with customers to determine reason for overdue payment, review sales, service, or credit contract terms, and provide orientation on payment alternatives and debt restructuring.
• Follow up on payment promises, receive payments, and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
• Record information about customer financial status, update demographic data, and track collection efforts.
• Trace customers to new addresses through inquiries at post offices and other locations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (24:60 credits).
• At least one year of experience in collections or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to identify client problems, and offer solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Ability to manage difficult situations, establish priorities, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, holidays, and travel.

• A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
