Membership Representative I

Elevance Health is seeking a highly skilled Membership Representative I to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to plan members, providers, and employer groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls to provide customer service and resolve issues.
- Verify enrollment status, make changes to records, and research and resolve enrollment system rejections.
- Address a variety of enrollment questions and concerns received by phone or mail.
- May be responsible for billing and delinquency processes for assigned groups.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the membership and billing function.
- High School diploma or GED and related experience.
- Pre-employment test battery may be required.
