Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Rainbow International Restoration. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and other duties as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
