Glen Meadow Apartments in Franklin, MA has an excellent opportunity for an individual who is customer service oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and a good communicator.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant to provide office support to the Property Manager and other staff throughout the property.

Duties and Skills:

Assist residents and prospects in a courteous, professional and timely manner.

General administrative duties including e-mail correspondence, telephone calls, organizing and managing files (both electronic and paper), scheduling meetings, filing, receiving and routing mail.

Collect updated resident information and certificates of insurance as necessary and distribute appropriately.

Schedule rental appointments with prospects and follow up on guest inquiries.

Act as the liaison between residents/vendors and the property management staff on any number of items, including work orders, inspections, lease renewals, apartment showings etc.

Calendar management and schedule coordination including the scheduling of meetings, conference calls and appointments.

Maintain social media platforms including Facebook and property website.

Assist in planning resident events and creating weekly newsletter to the residents.

Requirements:

Prior office experience required.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Excellent customer service skills.

Highly effective oral and written communication skills.

Strong social media skills with demonstrative results.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30am-5pm.

Wednesday: 9:30am-6pm.
