Job Title: Office Operations Associate
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Associate to provide administrative support to our leadership, delivery, and back-office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management, business development, recruiting, and liaising with back-office teams.
- Client contractual compliance, assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations, and coordinate and manage special projects.
- Recommend and drive process improvements, primary contact for client and employee inquiries, and provide account management support to clients.
- Manage small projects, handle employee benefits and unemployment policies, procedures, questions, and requests, and provide backup for payroll, AR & AP support as needed.
- Recruiting super user for CRM, supporting the employee and consultant employee experience, and documentation audits.
Requirements:
- Two to three years of administrative experience, preferably in a human resources setting.
- Knowledge of employment laws & regulations, human resources principles, policies & procedures, and staffing or consulting industry experience highly preferred.
- Proficient in all MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and excellent relationship-building skills.
