Job Title: Office Administrative and Customer Support


Description:


The Customer Service Representative will provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers, aiming to maintain meaningful business relationships. Key responsibilities include:



  • Providing professional communication via phone and email to customers and internal support teams.
  • Utilizing sales order entry systems, websites, and knowledge base resources to offer accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries.
  • Following established service quality standards and meeting order and inquiry processing time standards.

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Two years of related customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with personal computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and Infor XA ERP Systems.
  • Ability to repetitively type, interact on the telephone, and regularly view a computer monitor.
  • Ability to demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with customers, as well as handle confidential and/or proprietary information.
  • Initiative and organization skills are essential for ensuring good customer service.
