Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office administration team, you will provide critical support to our partners and practice teams, leveraging resources and optimizing firm operations to drive success.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide day-to-day support to multiple partners and teams, including remote and in-person assistance.
  2. Assist with the production of client and firm deliverables, such as proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
  3. Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements for partners and staff.
  4. Navigate reporting, create and review client invoices, and utilize hours and expense detail in Firm's practice management system.
  5. Attain proficient knowledge of Firm's operational systems, such as Workday, WYN, and LCvista, to train practice staff on system use.
  6. Align and support internal and external meeting arrangements, including conference rooms, equipment, and video calls.
  7. Contribute to administrative projects and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; higher education preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, focusing on client service and confidentiality.
  • Solid technical proficiency, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
