We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team in Risk Technology, where you will play a key role in developing and enhancing digital products that transform the user experience for Walmart associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, and driving associate and product data analysis.
  • Define vision and strategies for the Workforce Management product family, leveraging domain expertise and best practices to identify market opportunities and build business cases.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners, driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
  • Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and associate needs, and sweeping us off our feet with your ability to influence others, lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area, and 7 years' experience in product management, or 9 years' experience in product management or related area.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area, and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
