Job SummaryThe Product Manager - Live Games is responsible for supporting the live game service of MapleStory within Nexon America. This includes executing the vision of the Producer and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insightful data analysis and ensure smooth development and publishing of high-quality online games.
Key Responsibilities- Provide data-driven insights by tracking player behavior and performance of sales, feature releases, and game updates.
- Own the analytics strategy by identifying data-driven opportunities and collaborating with teams to define key performance indicators.
- Stimulate engagement, retention, and monetization by designing and implementing insights into tests and evaluating live events.
- Drive the execution of actionable feedback from analysis by working with teams and project managing tasks to completion.
- Create clear and concise reports to communicate complex insights and suggestions to stakeholders.
- 4+ years of live game experience
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong collaboration and project organizational skills
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data research analysis and data extraction tools
- Experience with BI tools and report creation
