Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager - Live Games will support the live game service of MapleStory within Nexon America. This role will execute the vision of the Production Team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insightful data analysis and ensure smooth development and publishing of high-quality online games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide data-driven insights by tracking player behavior and performance metrics to evaluate results and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Own the analytics strategy, identifying data-driven opportunities and collaborating with teams to define key performance indicators.
  • Design and implement tests to stimulate engagement, retention, and monetization, and continuously evaluate and adjust live events.
  • Drive the execution of actionable feedback from analysis, working with teams to complete tasks and action items.
  • Communicate complex insights and suggestions to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of live game experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, strong collaboration and project organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional task management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
