Job Overview

Della Infotech is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional communication via phone and email to customers and internal support teams
  • Use sales order entry systems, websites, and knowledge base resources to provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries
  • Follow established service quality standards and meet order and inquiry processing time standards
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Two years of related customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with personal computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and Infor XA ERP Systems
