Mortgage Loan Analysis

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical individual to verify, compile, and analyze application information for mortgage loans. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to guide clients through the evaluation process and request necessary documents.

  • Study the information received in the mortgage loan application to gain a deeper understanding of the client and the property intended to finance.
  • Understand the requirements and conditions of each mortgage product, validating each aspect of the application to ensure an effective evaluation.
  • Contact clients to clarify doubts and request necessary documents, ensuring seamless progress through the evaluation process.
  • Submit required documents for credit decision and/or loan closing.
  • Analyze and work with appraisal, office documents, and legal situations to complete closing.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 60 Bachelor's Degree credits approved.
  • A minimum of 1:3 years of experience in the banking industry, risk, mortgage products, and credit policies/procedures.
  • Intermediate knowledge in accounting and economic principles, federal and local banking regulations, and financial markets.
  • Two years of experience in income taxes and financial statement analysis.
