Automation Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Solutions Developer to join our team at Popular, Puerto Rico's leading financial institution.

As an Automation Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing automation solutions to improve process effectiveness and efficiency. This role is critical in supporting our company's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing bots using AutomationAnywhere and Microsoft Power Platform, as well as proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.

• Evaluate processes to identify opportunities for automation, determining the impact of implementation on cost savings, time reductions, and required personnel.
• Identify and document functional requirements in support of process automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conceptualize and develop process automation applications using AutomationAnywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design, coordinate, conduct, and document results of solution validation tests.
• Develop technical documentation of created solutions.
• Provide maintenance to automation solutions implemented throughout the organization.
• Develop user manuals for automated solutions and provide user training.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience developing bots using AutomationAnywhere and use of project management tools are highly desirable.
• Ability to recognize needs of various businesses.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Natural curiosity and divergent thinking to identify good solutions for problems.
• Willingness to learn and capability of being self-taught.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to articulate code needs to a professional developer.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.

Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.
