As a Virtual Solar Sales Consultant at Jobleads-Us, you will be responsible for learning our products and services, including sales terms and policies. You will set targets for the sales department, collaborate with the marketing team, and monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics. Your analytical skills will be essential in calculating business trends and analyzing market developments. You will also be responsible for motivating the sales team to achieve great results and finding new target segments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning our products and services, including sales terms and policies
  • Setting targets for the sales department
  • Collaborating with the marketing team
  • Monitoring sales numbers and marketing metrics
  • Calculating business trends and analyzing market developments
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve great results
  • Finding new target segments

Requirements include:

  • Proven work experience as a sales consultant
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis software like SPSS or SAS
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Ability to gather and interpret data
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • BS degree in Marketing or related field

This is a high-ticket, high-commission sales role with bonus and overrides for those who become junior partners within 90 days.
