At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. We're seeking a skilled In House Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The In House Marketing Coordinator will provide concierge services and engage in face-to-face marketing with prospective and current owners within our resorts. This role will also act as a lead generator, scheduling guests to meet with sales representatives for presentations at our resort sales center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Wyndham Destinations as a positive and professional brand ambassador.
  • Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours.
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and stay current on marketing information and materials.

Requirements

  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Must maintain production standards.
  • Full-time availability to work daytime, nighttime, weekends, and holidays is required.

Education

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Training and Knowledge

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
