Job Title: Admin Support for Global Team

At Addison Group, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Global Markets team, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and smooth running of international programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Region Managers by providing administrative support, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing follow-ups.
  • Support the Home Office Partnership program, including note-taking during meetings, preparing travel briefs for executives, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics for international events.
  • Collaborate with committee leaders to distribute promotional materials and resources, enhancing brand presence across regions.
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs, document processes, and track program progress.
  • Review and analyze data to provide recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Between 2-4 years Administrative experience supporting a team
  • Previous experience in an international business environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple regions
