About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant-General Engagement to join our team at Acumenian. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional clerical support to our clients, performing a variety of office duties and skilled tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including email, correspondence, and documents.
  • Prepare summaries of findings and written correspondence as requested.
  • Conduct research to assist with projects and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and schedules for meetings and conferences.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Perform general clerical and secretarial duties, including recordkeeping, maintaining office supplies, and handling packages and correspondence.
Requirements
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
