Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our department leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to execute tasks autonomously and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars and phones, organizing meetings, maintaining records, ordering and tracking, and performing general administrative tasks. Additionally, the candidate will create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, newsletters, reports, minutes, and agendas as requested. The successful candidate will work effectively and efficiently with each member of the team to assist as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and phones for department leadership
  • Organize meetings and maintain records
  • Order and track supplies
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, newsletters, reports, minutes, and agendas
  • Assist with scheduling rooms for meetings, events, appointments, and/or similar activities
  • Track correspondence and prepare, order, and distribute materials
Requirements
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Previous administrative experience highly desired
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
