Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive automotive wholesale/retail experience, with a proven track record in leadership, team development, and financial management. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels. Advanced knowledge of dealer network planning and financial analysis tools is essential, as is prior experience in retail dealership general management. The role requires a passionate individual who can mentor and inspire their team, and who is adept at setting and achieving strategic goals.
