Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst II to join our team at BD. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for producing supply plans for manufacturing, contributing to SIOP, and performing all manufacturing planning aspects to support new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely supply plans for manufacturing, including global master plans.
  • Contribute supply-related components to SIOP, including capacity plans, MPS, and inventory schedules.
  • Perform all manufacturing planning aspects to support new product launches, including complex spreadsheet analysis and database querying.
  • Provide oversight of manufacturing, inventory deployment, and communicate with selling Business Units.
  • Prepare Executive Level presentations to describe current supply plans and constraints.
  • Conduct analysis for inventory allocation to maximize worldwide service.
  • Monitor capacity loading on assigned production lines and forecast.
  • Contribute to the Business Planning process annually and provide quarterly updates.
  • Perform basic financial analyses for manufacturing absorption.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures for Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations required with 2-6 years of related experience.
  • Experience working within ERP/MRP systems required.
  • Basic experience in forecasting techniques, inventory management, and capacity planning required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish required.
