Job Summary: Appleone is seeking a highly skilled Collection Specialist to coordinate and monitor our supply chain operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that our premises, assets, and communication channels are used effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff, such as truck drivers, to meet the requirements of our supply chain operations.
- Supervise orders and arrange the stocking of tanks and equipment to ensure they meet the needs of our customers.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience working in logistics
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting
- Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
