Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Manage and analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on supply chain strategy and operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions and delays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and logistics software.
