Job DescriptionAs a National Sales Trainer at Abbott, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing sales training programs that drive business results. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Sales Training and other National Sales Trainers to develop and deliver training materials that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs that align with business objectives and sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and market access, to ensure training programs are aligned with business goals
- Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, case studies, and interactive exercises
- Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to sales teams
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform training programs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or sales training
- Proven track record of high achievement in sales or sales training
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Prior experience in sales training or a related field
- Knowledge of diagnostic industry, market, and customers
- Familiarity with modern training platforms, such as Allego
