Job Summary
Jobleads-Us is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Long Term Care sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve national results in a compliant and ethical manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify, recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent for the Long Term Care account team
• Develop and coach expertise of regional business focus areas, including settings of care, payer and pull-through opportunities, and flawless execution of the marketing and call plan strategy

Requirements
• 2+ years of first-line pharmaceutical sales management experience
• 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years in Long Term Care
• Strong understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
