Sales Focus, Inc. is the global leader in sales outsourcing, seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to drive sales growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, analyzing sales performance, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

About the Role
As the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing sales teams across the US, developing and training sales staff, and tracking and measuring sales rep performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). You will serve as the primary contact between Sales Focus and our clients, ensuring successful program launches and ongoing sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
• Conduct client kick-off meetings to ensure a smooth program launch
• Partner with recruiting, operations, and other SFI departments to develop and train sales staff
• Track and measure sales rep performance against KPIs
• Serve as the primary contact between the client and SFI internal teams
• Meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas

Requirements
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Sales management experience in the energy industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to manage multiple teams across 42 states
