Key Responsibilities:- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Train and qualify in various positions, including Cutter Operator, Curd Unloader, Cooker Operator, and Table Assistant.
- Accurately enter data into the ERP system and complete production records.
- Identify and communicate out-of-specification product conditions, following established protocols.
- Perform routine equipment adjustments, sanitation, and clean-up activities.
- Support internal and external audits, adhering to GMPs and Food Safety requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- Minimum one year of work experience in food manufacturing, dairy food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong math skills and proficiency in computer software and data entry.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $22.29.
