Job Summary

As a Machine Operator at Lifetime Brands, you will play a critical role in meeting hourly production rates while operating and stocking machines in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet company hourly production rates and maintain a high level of productivity

• Operate and maintain machines in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company and OSHA safety procedures

• Ensure all products meet company standards for quality and accuracy

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to read and count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly

• Ability to follow direction and work independently

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
