Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for the Education Pillar at the Boys & Girls Club. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in office systems, administration, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in administrative areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop requisitions, manage budget, and other financial processes.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including data collection and entry.
  • Assist with communication and documentation regarding project status and participant orientations.
  • Scribe notes during meetings and collaborate in follow-up processes.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in office systems, administration, education, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in related administrative areas.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, file management, and transcription.
  • English language skills, including grammar and composition.

Working Conditions: This position is based in a normal office environment with occasional travel to Club locations across Puerto Rico. Availability to engage with funders on evenings and weekends is a core part of this position.
