As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in bringing this vision to life by representing our brand to potential clients, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the sales process, from lead generation to close, to meet monthly sales quotas
  • Conduct studio tours, building relationships with prospective members and understanding their needs and wants
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production and promote the club's services to current and prospective members
  • Participate in special events to promote the club and develop selling skills
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong ability to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Valid drivers' license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation
What We Offer:
  • Base pay: $16 - $20 per hour
  • Commission paid on sales
  • Opportunity for bonus based on performance
