We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Frontline Sales Representative to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with prospective and current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and drive sales through effective presentations and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers, showcasing the value of our vacation ownership products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, highlighting our unique offerings and experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales best practices through ongoing training and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
