Job Summary:
We're seeking an In-House Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for establishing relationships with prospective and current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and demonstrating a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers, highlighting the benefits of our vacation club offerings.
- Find common ground with prospective and current owners, building rapport and trust.
- Communicate the value proposition of Wyndham Destinations, showcasing our unique experiences and amenities.
- Generate sales through effective transactions and closing techniques, meeting minimum performance goals.
- Attend ongoing sales and career training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to maintain production standards and meet minimum performance goals.
- Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with Owners Sales line in Timeshares is a plus.
