About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - Data Entry. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing payments, managing data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and register customers' payments and insurance commissions.
  2. Organize and digitize documents according to our Electronic Recordkeeping Guideline.
  3. Prepare electronic and physical deposits for the bank.
  4. Process payments for customers who come in person or call over the phone.
  5. Convert cases with many records to Excel tables and upload them through the Payment Management System Upload.

Qualifications:

  • 60 approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of data entry.
  • Effective time management.
  • Customer service skills.
