This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - Data Entry. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing payments, managing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and register customers' payments and insurance commissions.
- Organize and digitize documents according to our Electronic Recordkeeping Guideline.
- Prepare electronic and physical deposits for the bank.
- Process payments for customers who come in person or call over the phone.
- Convert cases with many records to Excel tables and upload them through the Payment Management System Upload.
Qualifications:
- 60 approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of data entry.
- Effective time management.
- Customer service skills.
