As a key member of the Protalents team, we seek a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant - Business Operations to support our executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, handling logistics and administrative tasks.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, presenting data in a clear and concise format.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, demonstrating ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in time management and organization.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field, with emphasis on business operations.
