As a key member of the Protalents team, we seek a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant - Business Operations to support our executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, handling logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, presenting data in a clear and concise format.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, demonstrating ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in time management and organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, with emphasis on business operations.
