About the Role
- Manage client relationships to achieve policy renewal within established timelines.
- Process cancellation notices and payment certifications efficiently.
- Update policy information in our system regularly.
- Compile reports and maintain database systems.
- Answer phone calls, direct messages, and collect paperwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of administrative experience with customer service skills.
- Familiarity with insurance documentation is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) and proficiency in MS Office 365 applications.
