Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Insurance Department. As an integral part of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, agencies, and insurance companies.

About the Role

  • Manage client relationships to achieve policy renewal within established timelines.
  • Process cancellation notices and payment certifications efficiently.
  • Update policy information in our system regularly.
  • Compile reports and maintain database systems.
  • Answer phone calls, direct messages, and collect paperwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least one year of administrative experience with customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance documentation is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) and proficiency in MS Office 365 applications.
