About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in industrial refrigeration systems to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts in the industrial refrigeration market, including contractors, consulting engineers, and owners.
  • Promote Johnson Controls' comprehensive solutions for industrial refrigeration systems, emphasizing the benefits of using Ammonia, CO2, brine, etc.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Negotiate value-based contracts that meet or exceed customer objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory requirements to remain a trusted advisor to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of progressive field sales experience in industrial refrigeration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling, HVAC, and industrial food and beverage markets.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Caribbean region.
