Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our Business Development Center (BDC) at Appleone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Manage and motivate a team of BDC representatives to meet or exceed sales and service targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation, follow-up, and appointment scheduling for sales and service.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and execute effective campaigns that drive business results.
  • Ensure proper use of CRM software and other relevant tools to optimize performance.
  • Train and develop team members on lead handling, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BDC or call center environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and meeting sales and service goals.
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and other relevant tools.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written, conversational, and comprehension).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
