About the Job

We are seeking a skilled HVAC systems technician to join our team in maintaining advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential, light commercial, and commercial mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems using top-of-the-line technology, equipment, and uniforms.

Collaborate with experienced technicians to troubleshoot and repair complex systems, including centrifugal chillers, steam turbines, and absorption machines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting within the HVAC industry
  • Proficiency in computer software and good verbal and written communication skills

Favorable Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in commercial and/or industrial work within the HVAC industry
  • Refrigeration certification is highly preferred
  • EPA universal refrigerant certification is also desired

Estimated Annual Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
