Enterprise Sales Professional

The Regional Sales Manager will support the sales organization and customers throughout the sales process within a specific-assigned area. This function reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Increase new and existing sales and business by supporting the Sales organization.
- Product Promotion: Promote Hitachi Energy products internally and externally by providing webinars, seminars, presentations, and other related activities.
- Customer Influence: Influence customer specifications to meet their needs and expectations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide relevant knowledge on products to customers and the sales organization, including market and competitor information.
- Sales Planning: Create sales plans jointly with FES, REPS, and Account organization.
- Bid Operations: Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the local Sales organization.
- Marketing Actions: Ensure efficient marketing actions and communication to the local Sales organization and customers.
- Offer Preparation: Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers.
- Administrative Procedures: Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed.
- Value Proposition: Communicate the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages to customers and the sales organization.
- Competitive Data: Provide competitive data on market, product, and competitors, including clear pricing indicators for projects.
- Communication: Communicate details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offering and strategy.
- Experience: 8-10 years in the Power Industry.
- Work Authorization: Candidate must already have work authorization that permits them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
