Insurance Risk Manager for Personal Lines

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Risk Manager for our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective solutions to client risk exposures.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in personal lines insurance. You will work closely with internal and external producers to provide insurance advice and ensure seamless policy placement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of client risk exposures and negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers.
- Quote and place risk exposure with the carrier best suited to meet clients' needs.
- Perform agency management system functions proficiently and assist others as needed.
- Evaluate policies to ensure accurate information and coverage.
- Act as a resource for colleagues and train others as needed.
- Analyze data to develop and enhance client insurance programs, recommending coverages.
- Process endorsements, renewals, and manage notices from insurers.
- Analyze customer needs to identify the best product for each client.
- Document agency system updates with new policy information.
- Communicate with clients during renewal processes.
- Support insurance producers by explaining features and merits of policies, recommending coverages based on prospect circumstances.
- Provide assistance to the claims department.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance placement and subscription.
- PREFERRED: Property & Casualty License or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Experience handling objections, multitasking, prioritizing, and organizing work with attention to detail in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Word Processing, Presentations, Spreadsheet, Internet, and other related software.
- Able to identify and resolve problems timely, work on alternative solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills.
$60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
