About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the East region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize revenue potential, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify key opportunities and risks.
  • Build and maintain strong regional partnerships to enhance our market presence and drive joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Pre/Post Sales Technical Teams, to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and seamless customer experiences.
  • Lead initiatives to expand our presence in new markets and industries, identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally managing a team of quota-carrying sales professionals.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
