
Business Development Representative

The HVAC Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales of HVAC systems and services by identifying customer needs, providing product information, and closing deals. This position involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and participating in trade shows and community events.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their HVAC needs, provide expert advice on products and solutions, and recommend appropriate HVAC systems and services.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems, components, and services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
