Requirements:

  • A degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field.
  • Understanding of HVAC systems, components, and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A valid driver's license and any required certifications related to HVAC sales may be necessary.
